"The care of human life and happiness and not their destruction is the first and only legitimate object of good government."Thomas Jefferson to the Citizens of Washington County, Maryland, March 3rd, 1809.

We Need Your Help Now More Than Ever!
Dear Pro-Life Friend,
I need your help immediately.
As many of you may already know, I am involved in fundraising for the California Human Rights Amendment. This amendment will recognize the pre-born child as a person, a member of the human family that deserves to be protected by both love and law.
The Unarmed Truth
When Accepting the Nobel Peace Prize on December 10th, 1964, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., said: "I believe that 'unarmed truth' and 'unconditional love' will have the final word in reality. This is why "right, temporarily defeated, is stronger than evil triumphant."
Today, the "unarmed truth" is that the pre-born child is a person not property.
I believe personhood is God-given and not government-granted. It is not offered to the elite and denied to the "least of these."
I believe personhood, addresses the most important RIGHT of all … the RIGHT TO LIVE, without which all other rights are meaningless.
I believe personhood is RIGHT.
The "unconditional love" for the pre-born child in my heart, is rooted in the love Christ has for all. While the current conditions may have "temporarily defeated" the personhood of the pre-born child.
I believe the "righteousness of personhood" is stronger than the "evil of pre-natal murder" and will ultimately prove triumphant.
I believe personhood is the final word in reality of the pro-life movement.
Title and Summary
Any day now we will receive "Title and Summary" from the Attorney General Jerry Brown and then we will have 150 days to collect the signatures required to put the California Human Rights Amendment on the November 2010 ballot.
Our immediate need is raising funds in order to print the petitions.
Only if everyone pitches in will we be able to raise $50,000 immediately. There's no other way.
Even if you can only give $25.00 … it will help.
God blesses each and every gift when it's sent to serve the cause of righteousness.
I know you can see the opportunity we have here to focus on the humanity of the pre-born child statewide.
The End Game
Personhood is the end game, it's what the Pro-Life movement looks like victorious.
Personhood affords us the opportunity to focus firmly on saving the life of the child in the womb of his or her mothers.
So please ask God what He wants you to give and then give 'til it hurts.
Gifts of $50 … $100 … even $500 and $1,000 are urgently needed.
Only you can make sure we put the California Human Rights Amendment on the ballot.
I thank you, in advance, for your generous gift.
God bless you.
